This solution enabled Apostemos to proactively identify players likely to churn and engage them with targeted bonus offers at the right moment.

The Results

Following an intensive evaluation period, the VAIX-driven retention strategy proved remarkably effective. Among VIP players, the share of active players surged from 25% to 52%, with sales figures tripling over this period. The response from regular players was even more significant: 85% of targeted players re-engaged after the second personalized email campaign and a follow-up phone call, with sales figures in this segment nearly quadrupling by the end of the test period.
