In Sports, Napoleon’s punters receive personalized match and league recommendations, for both pre-match and in-play. In Casino, players will enter a casino lobby deeply personalized just to their own taste and preferences.

The launch is following a thorough 3-month pilot phase where Napoleon was A/B-testing the Vaix AI for both Sports and Casino, to ensure a positive impact on User Experience, as well as sustainable business KPIs. Without the use of bonusing, which is often both unprofitable and harmful for players.

Results showed a clear increase in user interest with a >25% higher click rate on recommendations, more betting activity of over 10%, as well as increased wagering of over 18%. Personalized suggestions also aided discovery of new, and previously unseen content with Sports bettors trying a punt in more then double the leagues & sports then the benchmark, and 3x more unique games discovered & played in Casino.
